After trying it for few days I came back to Eclipse again. Now I am OK with Eclipse GlassFish plugin. Eventhough they are some issues I am facing with Eclipse GlassFish plugin, I am more comfortable with Eclipse. After this post I have moved to Netbeans 6.5 BETA. Now even the 6.5 is released. As far as my experience goes, Netbeans in the most advanced IDE (yes, much better than Eclipse).
