Unfortunately, we send a warning email on or before the fifth of the month to all those that have not paid their accounts. Some times the email may not reach you due to many different reasons. For example your spam filter may erroneously tag it as spam and move it to your spam directory. This is why we ask all our customers to put our emails in their white-lists so that they never miss any important emails from us. After we send the warning emails, we then wait for 10 days, giving everyone a chance to update their credit card information or contact their issuing banks. If we still did not hear anything after 10 days, we temporarily shut down the account, pending full payment of any amount overdue. Again, we do not delete anything, we just temporarily turn the VPS off. Again we apologize for the inconvenience and we hope to serve you in the future as we have in the past two years. Thanks.
