I would like to warn all webmasters who want to create a social networking site not to use Boonex. Boonex Dolphin Scam Script is the most ugly and terrible piece of code I've ever seen!!! Try googling "boonex scam" first. Try to digg in the code, change something substantially - and you'll see yourself that it has architecture that is impossible to deploy. Structured programming mixed with OOP that violates all normal rules of OOAD, ugly and difficult to read style of coding - man I'm so angry and disappointed with it - current project I'm building upon it is late because I HAD TO REIMPLEMENT MOST SOCIAL NETWORKING FEATURES what was done because of tight coupling of code and terrible design in general…> Don't even think of buying it if you plan to change at least something about it substantially. It might work if you plan to stick with it while making minor changes - mostly styles and colors. But everything over that will make you regret…
I haven't tried other Boonex products yet (and never will do so!), but DOLPHIN IS THE WORST SCRIPT I'VE EVER SEEN. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND USING OTHER PRODUCTS - there are plenty of them.
Considering previous post - why someone wants to lie about company whereabouts? There's no other answer but to fool customers. They say they offer quality product with customer support, which is a big lie. Boonex Scam Script has a lot of complaints all around the web. Try googling Boonex complaints. Report to http://www.BBB.org if you have your own complaint.
Don't get fooled - use SocialEngine, JomSocial, Drupal, etc instead. Boonex is a scam. Google boonex scam: http://www.google.com/search?q=boonex+scam or boonex dolphin scam

Oracle's Representative on Java EE Spec Expert Group Speaks at India's Largest Polyglot Conference for Software Developers - Great Indian Developer Summit 2010

Mike Keith is a co-lead of the EJB 3.0 and JPA 1.0 specifications in addition to representing Oracle on the Java EE 5 specification expert group. He has co-authored the premier JPA reference book called Pro EJB 3: Java Persistence API and has over 15 years of teaching, research and development experience in object-oriented and distributed systems, specializing in object persistence. He currently works as an architect for Java persistence strategies at Oracle and represents Oracle on the JPA 2.0 (JSR 317) and Java EE 6 (JSR 316) expert groups.

During 22-23 April 2010, at Great Indian Developer Summit to be held in Bangalore, Mike Keith will speak about 'How JPA 2.0 Makes a Good Thing Even Better' and 'Combining Java EE with OSGi using Eclipse Gemini'.

Mike says that the introduction of the Java Persistence API signaled the beginning of the end of using proprietary Hibernate or TopLink mapping files and session APIs to persist your business objects to a relational database. While developers have flocked to the new standard and have been happily developing persistence applications on JPA 1.0, the specification has continued to evolve. The JPA 2.0 release adds even more features and provides even more flexibility to app developers than ever. Mike is coming back this summer to India's biggest summit for the software developer ecosystem - Great Indian Developer Summit (http://www.developersummit.com/) to teach some of the important advances made by JPA 2.0 and illustrate the new functionality through examples and sample code. He will also impart valuable tips and tricks along the way to help you develop better JPA applications.

In a separate session, Mike will cover combining Java EE with OSGi using Eclipse Gemini. The advantages of loose coupling and explicit dependency management are generally accepted and the technologies that provide these characteristics, OSGi being the most dominant among them, have become more valuable. While modularization of both infrastructure and applications has always been a desirable thing, Java EE applications have traditionally been bound to a full-featured application server. The Enterprise Modules project (nicknamed Gemini) is a new Eclipse project that undertakes to provide a collection of Java EE-based technologies as a suite of independent modules. In this talk he will describe the relationship between Java EE and OSGi, and discuss what the Gemini project is doing in this area. Mike will detail its relationship to the standards and highlight the role it is playing in implementing a next generation of Java EE architectures. He will go over the various components of the project and show how they can be used by applications and tools alike.

At GIDS 2010, luminaries such as Marty Hall (President of Coreservlets.com), Dr. Venkat Subramanian (Founder of Agile Developer Inc), Scott Davies (Author of Groovy Recipes), Mike Keith (Co-lead of EJB 3.0 and JPA 1.0), Matthew McCullough (Member of JCP), among several others will discuss and debate the present and future of the language and VM, how they are evolving to meet the community's ever-changing needs, and some of the cutting-edge tools, technologies & techniques used for building robust enterprise Java applications today.
